Which size should I order?

Go by your waist measurement, not your usual clothing size. After a baby the two often stop matching, and that's exactly who this is made for.

Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, a couple of inches above your belly button, keeping the tape level. If you're postpartum, measure above the fullest part of your belly, not across it. Then match it to the size chart.

Is this just another shaper?

No. Most shapers use a front panel. Sculpt Brief uses two crossed bands that wrap front, sides and back, so the hold is shared all the way around instead of pushing your belly out the sides.

Will it roll down when I sit?

It is built not to. The waist is high and wide, and the hold is spread all the way around, so there is no single edge fighting your stomach when you sit or bend.

Does it fix diastasis recti?

No garment can promise that, and we won't. Sculpt Brief is shapewear: it smooths and supports you while you wear it. If you think you have a separation, a pelvic floor physical therapist can measure it and give you the right exercises. Many women wear the brief alongside that work, for comfort and a smoother line.

My kids are grown. Is it too late for me?
